Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SylvaWeave. Below you will find our processing times, estimated shipping times, shipping fees, and delivery support information for physical products.

1. Shipping Origin

Our physical products are shipped from Hong Kong. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Depending on product availability and fulfilment arrangements, some orders may be shipped from Canada. The shipping origin is determined at the time of fulfilment and cannot be guaranteed or selected in advance.

2. Production and Processing Time

Please allow 4–5 days for production and order processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the shipping time below.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated shipping time is 7–14 days. This estimate does not include the 4–5 days needed for production and processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances affecting delivery. If your order is delayed, please email us for assistance.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping costs CA$12 per order. Orders of CA$70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. All amounts in this section are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

5. Order Tracking

Physical shipments include tracking. We will provide tracking information after your order has been dispatched so you can follow its delivery progress. If you have not received your tracking details or need help checking a shipment, please email us with your order number.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact info.sylvaweave@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number, if available. For damage, please include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

We will investigate the issue and work with you and the carrier to arrange an appropriate solution. For damaged or incorrect items and return requests, please also refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Digital Products

PDF crochet patterns and digital tutorials are delivered electronically. No physical parcel is shipped and no shipping fee applies to digital-only orders. Please use the download links or access instructions supplied with your order.
