Welcome to SylvaWeave. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using www.sylvaweave.com and buying our digital and physical products.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from SylvaWeave and use of our website. Please read them and the product information before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Product Information

We offer digital crochet patterns and tutorials, and physical handmade products. Please check the product type, selected variation, quantity, language, included files, materials, dimensions, and any stated requirements before ordering.

A digital pattern is an instructional product, not a finished physical item. Materials and tools are not included unless expressly stated in the product description. Handmade items may have minor variations in colour, shape, or size; this does not excuse defects or a material difference from the description.

3. Orders and Account Details

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or have appropriate authorization. Contact us promptly if your order details are incorrect or you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Orders depend on payment confirmation and product availability. If a product is unavailable or we identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, any payment for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payments

Please review the displayed currency, product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and total before completing checkout. Payment options available for your order are shown at checkout and may include Stripe and PayPal.

Any currency conversion or additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider are determined by that provider. Changes to prices or promotions do not change an order already agreed with you.

5. Digital Products and Access

Digital products are supplied electronically after payment is confirmed and the order is eligible for download. Use the download links or access instructions supplied with your order; where available, downloads can also be accessed through your customer account. No physical shipment is made for digital-only purchases.

You will need a compatible device and software to open PDF files, and an internet connection to access online videos. The product description identifies the files, languages, and tutorial content included. Please check any stated download limits or access conditions before purchase.

If files are missing, damaged, inaccessible, or different from what was described, contact us with your order number and details of the problem so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Patterns, Tutorials and Intellectual Property

Buying a pattern or tutorial gives you access to the purchased instructions; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying text, photographs, diagrams, or videos. You may download and print copies for your own use in working from the purchased pattern.

Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by the rights holder, you must not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, or share the pattern files, tutorial content, or private access links, or claim that content as your own.

Any product-specific permissions relating to selling finished handmade items are stated in the listing or accompanying licence. If those permissions are unclear, please contact us before purchasing for that purpose.

7. Physical Products and Delivery

For physical products, check the delivery destination, processing time, shipping method, cost, and any stated delivery estimate before placing an order. If these details are not available, contact us before purchasing. Custom or personalized specifications must be agreed before the order is made.

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has not arrived as expected. Keep your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate. Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Order Problems

To request a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, email us with your order number and the reason for your request. Whether a discretionary change-of-mind request can be accepted depends on the product, fulfilment status, and any terms disclosed before purchase. Please contact us for return instructions before sending a physical item back.

Digital access problems, defective items, incorrect goods, and products that materially differ from their description should be reported so we can provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms makes all purchases automatically non-refundable or removes cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.

9. Website Use and Third-Party Services

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, or misuse payment or download systems.

Some payments, videos, or other services are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms. Temporary interruptions can occur; if an interruption affects a paid order or access to purchased content, contact us for assistance.
